We're not a tech company — is AI still relevant?

How long before we see results?
Quick wins — like automating a specific workflow — can be live in 2–4 weeks. A full AI strategy takes 4–8 weeks to build properly. Either way, you'll see measurable time savings quickly.
Do we need to change our existing software?
Usually not. Most implementations work with what you already have — connecting tools via APIs, adding AI layers to existing processes. A complete platform change is rarely necessary and never the first step.
